Vælgeranalyser og meningsmålinger er siden anden verdenskrig blevet en fast del af dansk politik. Det har flyttet folkestyrets fokus fra borgernes aktive deltagelse til tal, statistik og data om vælgerne, viser ny forskning af historiker Anton Sylvest Lilleør fra Københavns Universitet.
